We offer a wide range of indoor unit sizes, from small 5×5 (25 sq ft) up to large 10×18 (180 sq ft) and 12×15 units .  Monthly rents start around $60 for a 5×5 and go up to about $200 for the largest units .  All units have ground-level access and 8-foot ceilings, making it easy to move furniture and boxes in and out.

All of our units are indoors (inside the building) .  However, they are not climate-controlled – we do not provide extra heating or air conditioning.  Being indoors still protects items from the elements, but if you need strict temperature control (for example, for sensitive electronics or wine), you may need a specialized climate-controlled storage unit elsewhere.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm, Saturday 9 am–5 pm, and Sunday 9 am–4 pm  .  This is a staffed-hours-only facility, so the gates and office are open only during these times.  Please plan your move during these hours, as there is NO after-hours or 24/7 access.

Yes – we feature covered loading docks to keep you dry while loading and unloading .  The facility is moving-truck-friendly (ground-level access to units).  We also provide dollies and hand trucks on-site to help with heavy or bulky items.

You can reserve a unit online through our website by clicking “Reserve Now” , or simply call our office at (303) 573-6464.  The secure online reservation system lets you choose a unit size and move-in date instantly.  There is no move-in deposit until you arrive; you just pay monthly rent when you start using the unit.

We frequently run promotions.  For example, many unit sizes currently include the first month free and a complimentary lock .  Special deals change from time to time, so be sure to check our website or call for the latest move-in offers.

Yes. Our rates are upfront and clearly listed on our website for each unit size .  All American Mini Storage advertises upfront pricing with no hidden fees  (you’ll never get surprise charges).  

Hazardous, flammable, and perishable items are prohibited.  Examples include gasoline, fuel, explosives, toxic chemicals, and other hazardous materials .  You also cannot store food, plants, live animals, illegal items, or anything that requires a controlled environment .  In short, anything dangerous, alive, or prone to spoilage is not allowed.

We are at 545 Broadway in Denver, CO  (just south of 6th Avenue).  We primarily serve the Baker neighborhood and surrounding areas like Speer, Lincoln Park, and Capitol Hill .  We also welcome customers from the University of Denver and other nearby communities who need convenient downtown storage.

We have 24-hour video surveillance covering all corridors  and an on-site manager during business hours .  These measures ensure your belongings are monitored and protected around the clock.
